What does "Waiting on reply from Reprints Desk" mean?

If your order status says "Waiting on reply from Reprints Desk", this means the order has been accepted by Reprints Desk where it will be found and then delivered to you. In some cases, it can take a while to find. However, if it takes more than a week, it is probably not going to be found and we can issue a full refund to you.
